Although I make more "fix and flip" loans than anything else, I will also consider other types of non-bankable situations nationwide.

Although every deal is different and I do not have a special "program", most of these loans share certain characteristics:

• Conventional lenders have turned the deal down for whatever reason but the borrower has lots of equity.

• The loan amount is between $100,000 and $500,000

• The property is non-residential

That's it!  Don't call me and ask what my rates are because it all depends on the deal or how much money I have available or how I feel that day.

It's obvious thought that you are going to pay plenty.  Only people who have been turned down by the bank call me for these kinds of loans and you should know that while I may not care about your credit or your ability to pay my loan back, I will be much tougher than a bank when it comes to evaluating the collateral offered.
