Tom has spend his life
as either a Finance Company executive or a Real
Estate broker/ investor. Despite the fact that he is fully
engaged lending money he has kept his broker's license
mainly for sentimental reasons and in order to remain a
member in various Realtor organizations
He
is a 25 year member and past president of the Mile High Real
Estate Exchangers in Denver and serves currently as president of
the National Council of Exchangers, a national creative real
estate organization.
Tom
offices out of his Conifer, Colorado, home at 8500 feet elevation.
You are warned: the high altitude sometimes makes him do crazy
deals!
